Sibusiso Raphekwane is a visionary leader with a profound commitment to empowering entrepreneurs and shaping future leaders. Holding a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development from the University of Pretoria, along with a BCom in Accounting, Raphekwane boasts over 18 years of experience in business and over 13 years dedicated to enterprise development.

Often hailed as the "Eagle" within her organization, Raphekwane embodies qualities of vision, resilience, and adeptness in navigating adversity. She has earned the title of Chief Empowerment Officer, driven by an unwavering passion to equip entrepreneurs with the knowledge, skills and tools they need to succeed.

At the helm of The Transformation Legacy (TTL), Raphekwane spearheads initiatives aimed at empowering women leaders and fostering impactful change within the entrepreneurial landscape. Under her guidance, TTL has successfully supported and developed over 431 entrepreneurs, with a notable 70% being female-led businesses. Impressively, more than 80% of these businesses have experienced sustained growth and remain sustainable. Her role also extends beyond conventional leadership responsibilities. She actively contributes to the development of impact-driven entrepreneur development programmess, ensuring that they result in sustained business growth. Her expertise in enterprise and supplier development, coupled with a keen focus on strategy development, has equally been instrumental in TTL's success. Her unique approach to business mentorship integrates personal mastery with industry knowledge, resulting in impactful outcomes that transcend conventional business growth.

As a seasoned expert in enterprise development, she also actively contributes to the South Africa’s small and medium enterprise (SME) ecosystem through thought leadership articles and sharing of business insights on various media platforms and publications such as: Metro FM, Kaya FM, SABC, Vastly Sage with Amanda Dambuza podcast, Entrepreneur Magazine, Your Business Magazine, Mail & Guardian, Financial Mail, South African Business Integrator and Destiny magazine. She equally contributes to shaping the Enterprise and Supplier Development landscape by sharing experiences and best practices through industry speaking engagements.

Her involvement in non-profit organisations such as SiModisa and Ekasi entrepreneurs similarly showcases her dedication to contributing to the creation of an enabling entrepreneurship environment at both local and national levels.

Currently, Raphekwane's contributions have been recognized through numerous awards and accolades like: SANTAM for the Women of the Future Awards, Forty under 40 nomination, African Start-up Ecosystem Builder Awards and Standard Bank Top Women Awards where The Transformation Legacy was recognised as a top empowered organisation.
