Dzokai Mudzi is the Business Support Coordinator at The Transformation Legacy with over 10 years working experience in entrepreneurial development, social entrepreneurship, supplier development and developing strategic long-term solutions or programmes geared towards assisting small businesses in South Africa thrive.

Her meticulous attention to detail and agility, have earned her the moniker, “Ant Spotter.”

With her academic background in Communications Science, and the extensive knowledge gained in entrepreneurship and supplier development over the years, Dzokai has become a well-versed Business Support Coordinator. She skilfully taps into her diverse capabilities to assist The Transformation Legacy plan, manage, and coordinate programmes that will have a lasting impact on entrepreneurs.

As part of her programme planning process, she ensures that all programme objectives contribute to the development and mentorship of small, medium enterprises (SMEs) and changing the entrepreneurship landscape in Africa. 

Over and above Dzokai’s efforts to contribute to the high quality of work produced by The Transformation Legacy for its clients, she has played a critical role in driving stakeholder engagement by facilitating corporate and small business collaboration sessions, providing client interface and developing impactful strategies that have led to new business. 

Having served as The Transformation Legacy Programme Manager, Programme Management Coordinator and Administrator previously, she understands the valueof providing SMEs with the necessary support to become sustainable and active contributors to the socio-economic health of communities and the country. 

As a result, as a Business Growth Facilitator, she contributes to the success of The Transformation Legacy by, diligently assessing the needs of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) on The Transformation Legacy business mentorship programme. She also develops and implements programme initiatives that are aligned with the identified areas of development.
